Adding Contacts

hiTask allows you to easily add contacts, for more efficient collaboration. You can share tasks and projects with your contacts, as well as chat with them directly within your hiTask account.

Note: Please note that the sharing features are only available with a Team account subscription. Personal and Premium account owners may only assign independent tasks to a contact, without being able to share Projects.

To add a contact, simply click the Add People button on the right side of your hiTask Dashboard. Enter your contact’s name and email address, then click Continue.

Your contact will be notified via email and via a notification window when they first log into hiTask. They need to accept your invite before you can see them in your contact list.

Once your contact accepts your invitation, you will both see each other in your hiTask contact list, assign tasks and communicate.
