When you have a lot of projects to work on, filtering through them based on various criteria can make a significant difference in productivity. Here is how easy it is to filter through your projects with hiTask.
To get started, select the Projects view, at the top of your hiTask Dashboard.
Here is where a list of all your projects is available and where you can easily group your projects by various criteria. Use the drop down lists at the top to group your projects:
- Order - Alphabetically, by Priority, by the date when it has been last modified, by start or due date.
- Sort projects - Alphabetically, by Priority or by Due Date.
- Filter - Show all projects, show only your items and tasks assigned to you, items and shared tasks created by you, or your items and unassigned shared tasks.
- The Tags box allows you to filter projects based on specific tags that have been associated with them.
In addition, you can use drag and drop to change the priority of your projects. Simply sort your projects by Priority in the Projects drop down, then use the handle to drag and drop and move projects up or down in the list.
